2.1.1 Update - CPU Usage Fix

- Fixed issue where loading the app would use 100% CPU power*
+ All buttons (besides tab buttons) will change appearance if you are hovering over them
*I've heard that some users still had the 100% CPU issue even after the app had finished loading. I was not able to replicate this issue myself so I couldn't test if this fix also fixed that. If it did not please let me know in the comments so I can research a fix for it!
