2.3 Update - Project File Release

+ Project file now available for download! My code may be kind of stupid as I'm a programming novice, but hopefully it'll be of some assistance to those learning :)

+ "Require for All" option now available for Camo and Lead. This forces every tower to meet the Minimum Unlock Tier instead of only one like before.

- Enabling Camo or Lead will now update the previously generated loadout with correct information

- Toggle buttons in the Master tab and their corresponding tab are now synced

- Default window size changed from 1024x700 to 1024x650

- Recursion error text changed to be more understandable

- Minimum Unlock Tier button color changed to gray
